Dr. Alan Wei, a recognized expert in the California grape industry, hand-selects, manages, and harvests every vine in our Davis vineyard. Working with grape varieties recommended by UC Davis for the region's unique soil and microclimate, each bottle represents a devotion to purity and terroir.
Our vineyard operates with zero fertilizer, zero herbicide, zero pesticide, and zero fungicide — nothing chemical touches these vines, producing wine that is truly organic in the most authentic sense. With the help of a professional harvesting crew, we brought in about three tons of fruit from the hobby vineyard in front of the Agri-Analysis lab in Davis — 80% Petite Sirah, 10% Tempranillo, and 10% Viognier, all of it managed without a single application of fertilizer, herbicide, or pesticide.
在专业采收团队的鼎力协助下，我们从戴维斯 Agri-Analysis 实验室门前的家庭葡萄园采收了约三吨葡萄——其中 80% 小西拉、10% 丹魄、10% 维欧尼，全程不施化肥、不用除草剂、不打农药。
The grapes were shipped straight to the winery and were fermenting the same day — the beginning of the 2022 vintage.
